8 Easy Ways To Preserve Your Child’s Memories
Children get a sense of identity from their photos, but these days few parents actually print pictures. Do you have thousands of photos stored in your phone, or in a cloudy like most parents? What about your child’s artwork and school projects do they eventually end up in the trash?
Last year I was on a mission to build my child’s confidence and sense of self. I wanted him to see his beauty and potential. So I took his best artwork, and transformed it into a coffee table book using the website Plum Print. You simply mail your pictures, and drawings to Plum Print. and they will compile everything into a coffee table book worthy of displaying in your living room. If you like, they will mail your original copies back to you. Whenever we have company, my son always whips out his coffee table book, and engages guests in conversation. It might be time to publish a new edition since he has amassed another one hundred paintings! For details visit: https://www.plumprint.com/

Find out everything with a DNA kit from Ancestry. My whole family participated in this one. It helped put the pieces together since most people can’t trace their family history back more than a few generations. I was so inspired by my roots, and what my ancestors had to overcome as they strived for survival and aimed for success always on the move in search of more promising lands. I took that information and relayed it to my child who now has a deeper understanding of the plight of mankind. Start your family journey visit:https://www.ancestrydna.com/kits/

The hardest part is getting started. My child’s preschool teacher used to organize scrapbooking sessions for the parents. She gave us all the tools, the album, printed pages, but I never did it. Up until recently, my child only had photos from the first three years of his life, and he’s now eight! While we’re busier than ever before, doing these projects was something we could do as a family, bringing us closer together it was worth it!
